  4. No jargon or compu-speak
  5. Consider the abilities of different users
  6. Visual clarity – includes a clear visual hierarchy
  7. Understand the problem
  8. It’s been tested – make sure it works!
  9. Account for context
  10. It’s not just usable, it also has to create a pleasant experience
